Pieces of Tilapia fillet, dipped in lime juice and salt, lightly pan-fried and sprinkled

Aloo Chaat
Potato patty topped with yogurt, onions, cilantro, tamarind juice and a special
blend of  chaat masala. CV

Woh (Bara)
Pan-fried patty of spiced lentils filled with a delicious mixture of minced bison or tofu
with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and spices.  V

Paapri Chaat
House-made crunchy flour chips topped with boiled chick peas, spiced potatoes,
yogurt, mustard seeds, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, coconut chutney, chopped
onions, tomatoes, cilantro and chaat masala. CV

Roasted Peanuts with Spices
Roasted peanuts tossed with freshly ground ginger, garlic, mustard oil, cayenne,

Creamy Masala Curry

Almond Curry
Chicken, Fish, Shrimp or Tofu cooked in a curry with ground almond, ginger, garlic,
tomatoes and roasted spices.

Vegetarian Specialties
Vegetarian dishes are an integral part of Nepali and South Asian cuisine and are
often spiced lightly to bring out the full flavor of the individual vegetables used in

Special Bean Dishes
The bean dishes we offer are mostly traditional dishes, some prepared for special
occasions, others widely available at eateries across Nepal and South Asia. All
